Conference Fees
Pricing below is based on active FPTA membership. FPTA memberships are organization based. If the organization has an active membership, then employees receive benefits. Before registering, please verify Corporate/Transit member status here; Business Class/Vendor member status here; or Associate member status here. The LATE non-member rates are Full Conference – $575; Monday or Tuesday Only is $375 per day.

Sunday – Welcome Reception and optional activities
Monday – All sessions and scheduled events including: State/Federal Updates Breakfast and Exhibit Hall Grand Opening; Exhibit Hall Reception and Special Event.
Tuesday – All sessions and scheduled events including: Celebration Breakfast and Keynote Luncheon; FPTA Awards Banquet Reception and Dinner.
LATE: Monday Only - $275

Cancellation and Refund Policy
Registration fees will be refunded (less a $25 cancellation fee per registration) if a request is received in writing by email no later than Friday, Sept. 2, 2022.
There will be NO refunds after the Sept. 2nd deadline or for no-shows.
Substitutions
Registered but can’t make it? You may transfer your registration to another person in your organization at no charge.
Changes or substitutions must be received in writing by email and submitted prior to the pre-registration deadline.
Late/On-Site Registration
Registrations received after Friday, Sept. 2nd (including on-site) are considered late and will increase by $100.
