Exhibit at the conference

Reserve a tabletop in the trade show and meet transit professionals from across Florida face to face. The vendor hall will feature tabletop displays indoors, in a carpeted ballroom, at the Rosen Centre. If you’re interested in a vehicle display, it is only offered every three years at our EXPO, returning at the 2027 EXPO in Daytona Beach.

Member rate eligibility

FPTA offers both member and non-member rates. Please verify membership to determine member rate eligibility by searching for your organization name. If you are not a member, you can join FPTA to secure the member rate.

Exhibit fees

Each exhibit includes a tabletop display (6’x2′ skirted table, two chairs, and a wastebasket) in the trade show, (1) complimentary vendor badge registration, and FPTA Business Class dues ($400) for the 2026-27 fiscal year. Power is not included.

How tables are assigned

Table location selection opens August 12, 2026. We’ll contact exhibitors in priority order: sponsors first by tier (Platinum, Gold, Silver, Bronze), then non-sponsoring exhibitors by sign-up date. The earlier you sign up, the higher your priority.

Vendor badges for extra staff

Your exhibit fee includes (1) one complimentary vendor badge. Additional staff need a Vendor Badge. Early (before September 12): $250. Regular (September 12 and later): $350.

Cancellations

Cancellation requests must reach Amy Keys by email by 5:00 PM on Friday, September 25, 2026 for a refund less $100. No refunds after that date. FPTA may resell any cancelled space.
