NOTE: Power drop is NOT included. You can purchase this separately, using this form, with the hotel’s onsite AV company. Additional vendor badges may be purchased at $175/each for Single Day or $275/each for Full Conference.

Booth Allocation Process

You cannot select your booth number at registration. In prior years, booth assignments have been in order by sponsorship level/payment date. However, we recognize that accounting policy or the postal mail may create an unfair advantage for those who are able to remit payment by credit card.

2021 NEW POLICY for Booth Allocation:

  • Booth selections will not begin until AFTER October 1st when regular registration closes.
  • Any unpaid invoice still outstanding as of September 1, 2021 will move the sponsor to the bottom of the order in their sponsor level/exhibitor group.

#1 – Platinum Sponsors will be contacted first for booth selection (higher priority to those with an add-on sponsorship); by registration date.
#2 – Gold Sponsors will be assigned their booth number (higher priority to those with an add-on sponsorship); by registration date.
#3 – Silver Sponsors will be assigned their booth number (higher priority to those with an add-on sponsorship); by registration date.
#4 – Bronze Sponsors will be assigned their booth number (higher priority to those with an add-on sponsorship); by registration date.
#5 – Non-sponsoring exhibitors will be assigned their booth number (higher priority to those with an add-on sponsorship); by registration date.

Exhibitor Material Handling

Gilbert Exposition Management Services (GEMS) based in Orlando is the official service contractor. As the Official Transportation Contractor, GEMS will take care of the all the material handling needs and exhibitor freight handling.

Exhibitors using GEMS’ transport service are provided one (1) month of free storage prior to the show opening. Service includes unloading of merchandise from truck, delivery of merchandise to booth, storage of empties, delivery of empties to the booth at show closing, and loading of merchandise back on truck.

GEMS will also provide material handling service for Show Management freight with the first 500# being at NO CHARGE and the balance at list rate, less 35%.

Service Kits

A kit from GEMS containing order forms for all rates and services will be prepared and e-mailed to the exhibit contact. GEMS will also offer a website ordering location just for FPTA and its exhibitors, where all the items to offer will be available.
